On our four-week floristry course, you’ll learn everything you need to know to work as a florist. The focus of the course will be learning traditional and sustainable floral techniques, creating your own CI to become more attractive to clients, and designing large and small floral designs. Only 4 Students are taught once a year in June. Therefore apply early, places are quickly taken.

Time: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (including a 45-minute lunch break)

COURSE ONJECTIVE

Floristry 2 is aimed at participants with initial practical experience in floristry (e.g., after the basic course “Floristry 1”) or comparable knowledge. The focus is on creative processes, innovative design concepts,

and developing a personal floral style.

The course promotes a deeper understanding of larger floral installations, visual storytelling, and the creative implementation of themes—both in commercial and artistic contexts. It is ideal for those who want to deepen their professional floral design skills and build a strong, individual portfolio.

Design of 4 different Valentine’s bouquets for various target groups and customer needs.

Floral Styling & Editorial Design (2 days)

  • Two complete styling sets (including background setup)

  • Floral jewelry for editorials/fashion productions

  • On-location work with photographic documentation

Valentine’s Bouquets (1 day)

  • 4 different bouquet for different target groups

Final Project (1 day)

  • Concept & mood board

  • Flower shopping at the market

  • Implementation and professional photoshoot for the portfolio
