Our Graduates March Careers Course

What I love most about teaching is not only guiding students through design development, but helping them believe in themselves and their own creative voice. For me, it is always a pleasure and an honour to meet new students. I am a coach at heart — sharing everything I know, supporting them through the difficult moments, witnessing their growth, and hopefully becoming a small catalyst in helping their dreams come true.

In one month, you truly learn what it takes to become a florist. It challenges you emotionally, creatively, and physically. But seeing the final results and witnessing each student’s transformation makes me incredibly proud. Sometimes I feel a little like a protective momma duck, wishing only the very best for her ducklings as they step out into the world.

Let me introduce you to three very different, but deeply talented students who completed the Floral Careers Course in March 2026.

Let me introduce you to three very different, but deeply talented students who completed the Floral Careers Course in March 2026.

Eddie Bernardo Florist Diaries came from a successful high-level marketing career and made the brave decision to fully immerse himself in floristry. He spent over half a year working in a flower shop in Berlin before joining the course. His final project was deeply personal — recreating a classical masterpiece with his own contemporary twist, symbolising the moment of leaving behind a successful corporate path to follow his heart and live more authentically.

Julia P. entered the course very spontaneously, driven by the dream of opening a flower shop on her own terms. Since completing the course, she has been working with a local florist while also creating a small cut flower garden to feel even more connected to nature. Her final pieces celebrated life in all its splendour and colour — joyful, expressive works bursting with energy and reflecting her warm and loving personality.

Sabine S. spent the course searching for beauty, courage, and confidence within herself. Her final project explored self-belief and the understanding that it is never too late to pursue one’s dreams. Through flowers, she found a new sense of strength and quiet confidence.
